Responsibilities:
Rendering administrative support to the Marketing / Conference team.
Handling enquiries.
Data entry.
Coordination and liasing inter-departments, with customers and vendors.
On exhibition / events / conference site duties.
Requirements:
GCE "A" Level undergraduates / Diploma or University undergraduates.
Proficient in MS office.
Possesses good spoken and written communication skills
Possesses good interpersonal skills.
With initiatives.
Other Information:
Work week: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Central West.
